RECHARGE YOGA FLOW
MONDAY 7 - 8PM
This is a dynamic class which will give you the opportunity to explore postures & transitions designed to work in harmony with your body. Elements of Sun Power Yoga are incorporated, increasing strength, flexibility & balance.
Each week the class will vary, meaning you will be kept on your toes - perhaps quite literally!
