Hey there,

Thanks for dropping by! Here you will find out all you need to know about our current & upcoming online Yoga classes! Have you been thinking about starting your yoga journey? If so, then you have landed in the perfect place!

Feeling uncertain? Then keep reading my beautiful friend!

I GET IT..

The world is a busy place & it's hard to feel okay a lot of the time. These classes are not designed to get your leg over your head, but to help you find some mental stillness, relieving stress & anxiety. The purpose of Yoga is not to change ourselves, but to give ourselves the tools to cope with every day life. The reality is, nobody knows what they are doing, so we may as well try to feel better together!

Why "Asana Eclipse"?

To keep it brief .. during a Solar Eclipse, the alignment of the Sun & Moon has a profound effect. The intention behind a Yoga practice, is finding your own alignment. Not just physically, but mentally & emotionally. Our breath is what matters most & if we use it well, the mind and body will work in tandem. Our mental & physical health depend on one another, don't forget that!

Namaste!

I'm Katy,

A Yoga Teacher & Artist living in Northamptonshire. For the past five years yoga has been a part of my daily life. During some turbulent times at university I turned to Yoga as a way to find a sort of calm ...& the rest is history! In the autumn of 2020 I began my 200hr Teacher Training with Sun Power Yoga. This fiery yet calming style of yoga has taught me so much on the mat, as well as off it! Now I want to share it with you.

Yoga gives us a chance to really check in with our mental state. Sometimes we need a good workout & other times, a  good cry!  It doesn't happen over night, but once you feel those benefits, you won't want to go back.

My motto? Yoga belongs to everyone!
